故事主人公（李志超），1991年4月11日生，性别男，校园小学学历，哲学、历史爱好者、计算机互联网专业知识达人，自由主义者。

讲述的是一个出身农村家庭，自幼丧父导致家庭贫穷的孩子，没有任何经济依靠的后盾，从15岁初一辍学到广东做农民工被人排挤，再到19岁玩手机无意中摸索到研究wap手机网站建设及互联网技术信息，三年的农民工生涯一边工地做小工一边拿手机和去网吧上网研究学习，直到22岁时离开工地回到农村老家职业互联网致富生涯；

成功之前的时间里周围一切亲朋好友都在背后指指点点，认为主人公是不务正业、游手好闲，没出息，主人公忍受一切指责、贬低的声音，忍受一切孤独，抱着头悬梁锥刺股的精神学习。

期间主人公的女友不离不弃，到主人公在农村老家打拼事业有成，最后主人公与女友相恋6年终于步入正式婚姻的开始；

终于黄天不负有心人，主人公在两年的时间里如散仙般的逍遥快活，同时解决了城里的房和车，也过上了衣食无忧、随心所欲的生活；

最后到夫妻感情决裂，家庭争端不断、后院“战火”连连，因为家庭争端和主人公过于享受主义、得意忘形、狂妄自大的一系列自身问题，最终主人公事业失败，家庭破裂、负债累累、重疾缠身大病一场，妻子狠心抛夫弃女离去；

之后相遇贵人，得到强有效的教导、栽培，贵人两次抛橄榄枝拉拢，主人公放弃，久而久之与贵人分道扬镳；

想要独自成功登顶，智慧、学识、谋略、勤劳、运气，缺一不可，若以上条件缺少前四之一，即便有巨人在山顶丢下一根绳子下来，那么也会是一根鱼线般的割手钢丝，主人公天性不受约束、向往自由，人生苦短，何必自己为难自己，活着只是为了活着，财物只是活下去的基础，一辈子不长，总要做点自己认为有意义的事情。
